"I had such a wonderful experience bringing my dog here! From the moment I messaged them, they were so kind and welcoming, and you could tell they genuinely care about the dogs they work with. My pup can sometimes be a little nervous, but they handled him so patiently and made him feel comfortable the whole time. When I picked him up, he looked absolutely amazing, clean, fluffy, and perfectly groomed! They paid attention to all the little details, and you can really tell they take pride in their work. It’s not always easy to trust someone with your pet, but I felt completely confident leaving him in their care. We will definitely be coming back and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a groomer who truly loves what they do!"

"My pup will ONLY be going to Kaylee from now on. I work at the S.N.I.P clinic and worked in the shelter for a year prior to this. I see pups at their absolute worst. I know what it takes to handle a scared dog and it is not easy. I hate that grooming is often another negative experience pets must endure, but taking them to Kaylee makes it all the less stressful which is so important to me. My boy is not usually prone to anxiety and I knew he was going to need regular grooming when I got him as a puppy so I tried my best to make it a positive experience to help him and his future groomers out just a little. That said, he gets stressed for grooming. I know Kaylee will take care of him and she will go as slow as he needs and still get the job done right. She listens to all of my requests, which my last groomer just didn’t meet those requests, and another I tried didn’t even ask what I wanted. No blame on them, I’m just not the best at confrontation and advocating for myself. With Kaylee, she makes all her clients feel like a friend and I have no problem telling her how I want Apollo (my fluffy boy) groomed. Her flexibility to work with your schedule is a life saver and she’s so affordable. I can not recommend her enough and I cannot wait to take my boy back and restore his beautiful coat! My dog has always been anxious during grooming — most places have had to muzzle her just to do her nails. But this groomer had such a gentle, confident energy that my dog relaxed right away. She let her trim AND dremel her nails without a single problem. It’s rare to find someone with that kind of gift. The prices are great, the service is one-on-one, and the care is genuine.
